My Bold Vision for South Texas: The Dallas-Monterrey-McAllen Bullet Train.

South Texas deserves infrastructure that meets the demands of a growing economy and a vibrant future. As your representative for Texas District 28, I am committed to championing the development of a transformative high-speed rail line connecting Dallas, the Rio Grande Valley (Laredo, McAllen, brownsville area), and Monterrey, Mexico.

This isn’t just about faster travel; it’s about unlocking unprecedented economic opportunities, strengthening international trade, and improving the quality of life for families and businesses across our region. This project, which builds on existing discussions and studies with Texas and Mexican officials, will position South Texas as a central hub in a dynamic international corridor.

Key Benefits of the High-Speed Rail Initiative:

Economic Catalyst: The construction phase alone will generate thousands of jobs, while the operational line will attract new businesses, boost tourism, and facilitate efficient cross-border commerce.

Strengthened Trade: As a vital link to Monterrey, Mexico’s industrial powerhouse, this rail line will enhance our logistics capabilities and solidify the U.S.-Mexico trade relationship that is critical to our local economy.

Reduced Congestion: By providing a fast, safe, and reliable alternative to driving, the train will alleviate pressure on I-35 and other major roadways, reducing commute times and improving highway safety.

Enhanced Quality of Life: Imagine traveling from South Texas to Dallas in a fraction of the time it currently takes to drive. This efficiency connects families, expands educational opportunities, and offers new possibilities for regional leisure travel.

Modern Infrastructure: This initiative represents a commitment to 21st-century infrastructure, ensuring our district is prepared for future growth and technological advancements.

My Commitment:

Current discussions and planning for such projects are underway, often involving public-private partnerships and federal funding applications. In Congress, I will use my position to:

Aggressively pursue federal funding and secure the necessary approvals for this critical infrastructure project.

Work closely with state, local, and international partners to ensure its successful development.

Champion responsible planning that minimizes disruption to landowners and prioritizes community input.

Together, we can build a future where South Texas leads the way in modern, connected, and prosperous regional growth.

Supporting South Texas Agriculture: Securing Our Rural Economy

South Texas farmers, ranchers, and agribusinesses are facing unprecedented challenges—from labor shortages to market access hurdles.

The backbone of our regional economy is struggling, and they need a representative who offers real solutions, not just rhetoric. As your representative for Texas District 28, I commit to implementing targeted programs that provide immediate relief and long-term prosperity for our agricultural community.

My plan addresses the critical needs of our local producers, ensuring they have the resources, workforce, and market access required to thrive.

My Plan to Support South Texas Producers:

1. Solving the Labor Crisis with a Common-Sense Visa Program

A reliable workforce is essential for planting, harvesting, ranching operations, and meat packing facilities. The current system is broken, leaving many businesses in limbo.

I will champion legislation to create a streamlined, no-cost visa program for essential agricultural immigrant workers. This program will provide a legal, efficient pathway for the workers our farmers and ranchers depend on, stabilizing operations and ensuring our food supply chain remains robust.

2. Expanding Market Reach Through Technology

To compete in a global market, our producers need access to modern sales platforms.

I will secure federal funding to develop and maintain a dedicated, online e-commerce portal for South Texas farmers and ranchers. This platform will facilitate direct sales, connecting local producers with regional, national, and international buyers, opening new revenue streams and cutting out middlemen.

3. Connecting Producers to Global Buyers

Visibility is key to growth. Many local producers lack the resources to attend major trade shows and connect with high-volume buyers.

I will create a federal assistance program to subsidize participation in key agricultural trade shows and expos. This initiative will cover booth costs, travel expenses, and logistical support, allowing our South Texas producers to effectively showcase their high-quality beef, produce, and other goods to the world.

4. Standing with South Texas

This is a critical time. Our producers are resilient, but they need a partner in Congress. My plan is designed to cut red tape, provide essential support, and ensure the future of farming and ranching in South Texas remains strong for generations to come.

Lowering Education Costs and Expanding Opportunities for South Texas Families

The cost of a college education has become an overwhelming burden for too many families in Texas District 28. Our students are bright and ambitious, but rising tuition and student loan debt are locking them out of opportunities and holding back the economic potential of our region.

As your representative, my priority is to make higher education and job training affordable and accessible for every South Texan. We must invest in our local talent to build a stronger, more prosperous future for our community.

My Plan for Affordable Education and Local Opportunity:

1. Making College Debt-Free and Accessible

We need systemic change to address the root causes of student debt.

I will champion legislation that makes public college and university tuition affordable, potentially debt-free for many students, through federal aid reforms and increased funding for existing grant programs like Pell Grants.

I will fight to lower interest rates on existing student loans and simplify repayment plans, providing immediate relief to thousands of South Texans currently struggling with debt.

2. Strengthening South Texas Community Colleges and Trade Schools

Not every path to a high-paying job requires a four-year degree. We need to invest heavily in robust alternatives that lead directly to in-demand careers.

I will secure federal grants to expand programs at our local community colleges and trade schools, focusing on certification in high-growth industries present in South Texas, such as healthcare, logistics, advanced manufacturing, and technology.

We will ensure these institutions have state-of-the-art equipment and resources to train the workforce of tomorrow.

3. Expanding Local Opportunities Through Partnerships

We need to bridge the gap between education providers and local employers.

I will work to create stronger public-private partnerships that offer more paid internships, apprenticeships, and job placement programs for South Texas students. This ensures our graduates are job-ready and connect directly with local employers, keeping our best and brightest talent right here in District 28.

4. Investing in Our Future

By reducing the financial barrier to education and creating clear pathways to good jobs, we aren’t just helping students; we are investing in the entire economic vitality of South Texas.

Bringing the Future to South Texas: Building a Tech Hub in District 28

South Texas is primed for the next wave of economic growth. We have the talent, the location, and the ambition to become a leading technology hub. As your representative for Texas District 28, I refuse to let our region be left behind in the 21st-century economy.

My plan is to aggressively recruit tech companies to our district, creating thousands of high-paying jobs and ensuring our local workforce is ready to fill them. We need a direct pipeline from our classrooms to high-demand careers, creating prosperity that stays right here in South Texas.

My Plan to Cultivate a South Texas Tech Corridor:

1. Aggressive Recruitment and Incentives

To compete with Austin or Dallas, we need to offer strong incentives to attract tech giants and innovative startups alike.

I will champion federal tax incentives, infrastructure grants, and public-private partnerships specifically targeted at tech companies willing to establish operations, data centers, and engineering offices in District 28.

My office will serve as a dedicated liaison, cutting red tape and ensuring a smooth transition for businesses looking to invest in our community.

2. A Direct Pipeline: From High School to Software Engineer

The biggest obstacle for tech companies is a shortage of skilled workers, particularly software engineers. We can solve their problem while solving ours.

I will secure federal funding to launch a revolutionary “Code South Texas” initiative, working directly with local high schools to develop specialized computer science and software engineering curriculums.

We will collaborate with universities and private tech firms to ensure these curriculums teach the precise skills companies desperately need, allowing students to graduate with certifications or college credits that make them job-ready immediately.

3. Investing in Our Local Talent Pool

We already have brilliant minds here. We just need to give them the tools to succeed.

I will support coding boot camps and technical training programs for adults seeking career changes or skill upgrades, ensuring that everyone in District 28 has an opportunity to enter the tech sector.

By matching our local talent with the specific needs of incoming tech companies, we create a resilient, future-proof economy.

4. Securing High-Paying Jobs for the Next Generation

This initiative isn’t just about bringing in companies; it’s about raising the standard of living for everyone in South Texas. By creating high-paying tech jobs, we boost wages across all sectors and invest in a sustainable economic future.

Bringing Down Healthcare Costs: A Healthier, More Affordable South Texas

Healthcare should be a right, not a luxury. Yet, for too many families and small businesses in Texas District 28, the rising cost of health insurance and prescription drugs is creating impossible choices. The current system is unsustainable, driven by corporate profits over patient well-being.

As your representative, I will fight relentlessly to bring down healthcare costs, ensuring that every resident of South Texas has access to the affordable, quality care they deserve.

My Plan for Affordable Healthcare in District 28:

1. Taking on Big Pharma to Lower Drug Prices

Pharmaceutical drug costs are the single biggest driver of rising health insurance premiums. The system is rigged, and it must change.

I will use every tool in my power to pass legislation that allows Medicare to negotiate directly with drug companies for lower prices—a common-sense reform that is standard practice in virtually every other developed nation.

I will fight to cap out-of-pocket prescription drug costs for seniors and families, and advocate for price transparency that prevents price gouging for essential medications like insulin and cancer treatments.

2. Increasing Competition and Access to Care

We need more options to bring prices down.

I will work to make generic drug alternatives more accessible and expedite their approval process, creating competition that naturally lowers costs for consumers.

I will support expanded access to affordable healthcare coverage options through the Affordable Care Act marketplace and push for a strong public option to compete with private insurers, giving families better choices and forcing companies to lower their premiums.

3. Investing in Local Community Health Centers

Prevention and primary care are the most cost-effective ways to manage public health.

I will secure federal funding to strengthen and expand our local federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) and rural health clinics in South Texas. These centers provide essential, low-cost primary care, mental health services, and preventive screenings, reducing reliance on expensive emergency room visits.

4. A Commitment to Patient Over Profit

My mission is clear: prioritize the health and financial well-being of the people of District 28 over the profits of large pharmaceutical companies and insurance corporations.

Reforming Immigration for a Stronger South Texas and a Competitive America

Our current immigration system is fundamentally broken. It fails our local businesses that desperately need a reliable workforce, it limits our national competitiveness in vital sectors like technology, and it causes humanitarian crises at our border. The status quo is unacceptable.

As your representative for Texas District 28, I propose a common-sense, two-pronged approach to immigration reform that addresses our economic needs at home while tackling the root causes of mass migration abroad.

Part 1: Streamlining the Process and Meeting Labor Needs at Home

We need an immigration system that works efficiently and meets the demands of our 21st-century economy. The current red tape and visa caps harm businesses large and small. Many families wait too long as the government processes their immigration documents and is too costly for South Texas families.

Meeting Workforce Demand: I will champion legislation to streamline and expand access to work visas. Any legitimate company, from a high-tech startup in Dallas to a family farm in South Texas, should be able to obtain the necessary visas for the workers they need, when they need them.

Competing Globally: The tech sector is being held back by a shortage of specialized talent. My plan ensures that we can recruit and retain the brightest minds from around the world, keeping America competitive and fostering innovation that creates high-paying jobs in our district.

Efficiency and Order: We must move away from an outdated, bureaucratic system toward one that is orderly, predictable, and fair for all applicants.

Part 2: Addressing the Root Causes of Migration in Latin America

We cannot solve the border crisis just at the border. We must address why people are forced to leave their homes in the first place.

Fostering Opportunity Abroad: I will support targeted foreign aid and trade policies designed to help our Southern neighbors build stable economies, create local jobs, and improve security for their citizens. When people have hope and opportunity at home, they choose to stay.

Challenging Instability and Dictators: We must use our diplomatic and economic power to stand against dictators and corrupt regimes that destroy economies, devalue currencies, and destabilize entire nations, forcing citizens to flee en masse. We must support democratic institutions and economic freedom throughout the hemisphere.

By streamlining the legal pathway for workers and investing in the stability of our neighbors, we can secure our border, boost our economy, and create a more humane and effective immigration system for everyone.

Securing Our Future: Leading the Way in Renewable Energy in South Texas

South Texas has a unique opportunity to lead the nation in the clean energy transition. With abundant sunshine, strong coastal winds, and expansive land, District 28 is perfectly positioned to become a powerhouse of renewable energy production. This isn’t just about environmental stewardship; it’s about securing our energy independence, creating a stable grid, and generating thousands of high-paying jobs for our community.

As your representative, I will champion a robust strategy to develop a thriving renewable energy sector right here in South Texas.

My Plan to Build a Clean Energy Economy in District 28:

1. Attracting Investment and High-Paying Jobs

The renewable energy sector is booming, and we need to ensure those investments land in South Texas.

I will pursue federal tax credits and investment incentives designed to attract wind farm developers, solar energy manufacturers, and battery storage technology companies to District 28.

We will focus on the creation of high-paying jobs in manufacturing, installation, maintenance, and grid management, ensuring local residents are prioritized for these new opportunities.

2. Building a Resilient and Secure Energy Grid

Our current energy infrastructure is vulnerable, as seen during past weather crises. Renewable energy sources provide diversification and resilience.

I will fight for federal funding for “smart grid” infrastructure upgrades and advanced energy storage solutions. By integrating solar and wind power effectively, we can create a more reliable and secure energy supply that protects our communities during extreme weather events and peak demand periods.

3. Developing a Skilled Local Workforce

To seize these new job opportunities, we need targeted training programs.

I will partner with local community colleges and trade schools to create specialized curriculums and certification programs in wind turbine technology, solar panel installation, and energy storage systems maintenance.

This ensures a direct pipeline of skilled local workers ready to step into these technical roles immediately.

4. Protecting Our Energy Security and Environment

A strong renewable energy sector reduces our reliance on volatile international energy markets and lessens our environmental impact. This plan is about economic security, national security, and protecting the beautiful natural resources of South Texas for future generations.

Launching South Texas into the Future: Bringing SpaceX Jobs to District 28

South Texas is already home to a major part of the future of space exploration with SpaceX’s Starbase facility in Boca Chica. However, the economic benefits of this groundbreaking industry must extend beyond Brownsville and reach across all of District 28. Our region is uniquely positioned to become the premier hub for aerospace innovation and advanced manufacturing.

As your representative, I have a bold plan to leverage our proximity to Starbase, aggressively recruiting SpaceX suppliers and related aerospace companies to establish operations throughout the district, creating thousands of high-paying jobs and launching our local economy into the future.

My Plan to Build an Aerospace Corridor in District 28:

1. Aggressive Recruitment and Local Incentives

We must actively entice the aerospace supply chain to locate within our district to distribute economic growth widely.

I will champion legislation at the federal level to create targeted economic incentives, including tax credits and infrastructure grants, specifically for companies that supply SpaceX and the broader aerospace industry and choose to build their facilities in District 28.

My office will work hand-in-hand with local economic development corporations to streamline permitting processes and ensure a “red carpet” experience for businesses ready to invest in our community.

2. From High School to High-Tech Manufacturing

To attract these companies, we must guarantee a job-ready, skilled local workforce. We will build a pipeline of talent that meets industry demands immediately.

I will secure federal funding for a “Space Ready South Texas” workforce initiative. This plan involves partnering with our community colleges and high schools to create specialized curriculums in advanced manufacturing, composite materials, avionics, and engineering technology.

We will ensure students graduate with the certifications and skills needed for immediate employment in these high-paying aerospace jobs, guaranteeing a direct connection between local talent and incoming industry.

3. Expanding Opportunities Across the District

The goal is to ensure communities throughout District 28, not just the immediate coastal area, benefit from this growth. We will strategically develop industrial zones and supply parks inland, near existing transportation infrastructure.

By proactively recruiting suppliers of components, software, and services needed for Starship production, we can decentralize the job growth, benefiting areas from McAllen to Weslaco, Mission, and beyond.

4. Securing Our Economic Future

This plan is about more than just space exploration; it’s about economic diversification and stability for South Texas. By establishing an aerospace corridor, we create a resilient economy with high wages and incredible opportunities for the next generation.

A Bold Opportunity for Economic Growth: Exploring Casino Development in South Texas

South Texas is at a critical juncture, seeking new avenues for sustainable economic development, tourism, and job creation. The legal landscape surrounding gaming is evolving rapidly; the Supreme Court’s decision to legalize sports betting nationally opens new discussions about how states can regulate and benefit from expanded gaming options.

I am aware of the risks to allowing casinos, such as gambling addiction and increased bankruptcies but we must investigate the effects they have had on other comminites and try to immitate their successes.

One possibility could be to allow for gambling on boats in the gulf of Mexico in South Padre Island, Tx. This is still close to district 28 so that people would not have to live far from their families.

Too many young people from South Texas are leaving for better opportunities elsewhere.

A Local Plan to Lower Prices and Boost the South Texas Economy

South Texas families and businesses are feeling the pressure of rising costs. Our community-driven plan is designed to tackle inflation and bring economic relief right here at home. We believe that by focusing on our region’s unique strengths and addressing local needs, we can create a more affordable and prosperous future for everyone.

My Approach

My plan targets key areas to directly impact prices and build long-term economic resilience in South Texas:

Boost Local Supply Chains: I will work to strengthen local production and supply networks for essential goods, reducing dependence on long-distance transportation and mitigating global supply chain vulnerabilities that drive up costs.

Invest in Energy Efficiency: We will connect residents with resources and rebates from programs like the federal Inflation Reduction Act and the statewide Home Energy Efficiency Program (THEEP) to lower energy costs. These incentives make it more affordable for homeowners to upgrade appliances and improve home energy efficiency.

Address Housing Affordability: The housing shortage in Texas has contributed to sharp increases in housing costs. Our plan supports initiatives that increase the supply of affordable housing, both through new construction and by helping families access available resources to reduce housing burdens.

Support Local Agriculture: By promoting and investing in local farms and agricultural producers, we can help lower the price of food and support local economies simultaneously.

Create Skilled Jobs: By investing in our local workforce and fostering new jobs, we can strengthen our community’s economic base, increase real wages, and ensure a stronger tax base.

What This Means for You

Our strategy is about delivering tangible results for the people of South Texas. This plan means:

Lower Bills: Action to reduce energy and food costs will mean more money in your pocket every month.

Stable Housing: Focusing on increasing housing affordability means more secure and stable living situations for families.

Stronger Economy: By building resilient local supply chains and supporting our workforce, we are protecting our economy from external shocks.

A Brighter Future: We are investing in the long-term economic health of our region, ensuring that South Texas remains a great place to live, work, and grow a business.

I invite you to explore our plan and see how we can build a more affordable and prosperous South Texas together.

Restoring Economic Sanity: Our Plan to End Tariffs and Lower Costs

For too long, tariffs—essentially a hidden tax on imported goods—have harmed American small businesses, farmers, and everyday citizens. These unilateral taxes have created economic uncertainty, raised operational costs, and damaged crucial international relationships. Our plan is simple and constitutionally sound: eliminate these job-killing tariffs and restore the power to regulate foreign commerce where it belongs—with the U.S. Congress, as mandated by the Constitution.

How Tariffs Hurt Our Communities

Tariffs trigger a ripple effect throughout the economy, resulting in higher prices and reduced opportunities for hard working Americans.

For Small Businesses: Operating on tight margins, small businesses lack the financial cushion to absorb price shocks or the supply chain flexibility of large corporations. Tariffs force them to choose between raising prices—risking customer loss—or absorbing the costs, which can mean the difference between survival and collapse. Businesses relying on imported materials, from construction to retail, face significantly higher expenses. Imagine creating an invention that only can be produced cost effectively in china and you must order a container as a minimum order valued at $80,000 and then having a 100% tarriff added on totaling $160,000. Most small businesses do not have the access to capital to make this investment not to mention the time to recover these expenses before runnging out of money. Also, this would cause a decrease in sales and profits costing the government more in losses in income taxes than collected as tarriffs.

For Farmers: The agricultural industry is hit particularly hard. U.S. farmers face increased production costs on imported inputs like fertilizer and machinery, while retaliatory tariffs from other countries close off crucial export markets. This unpredictability makes long-term business planning nearly impossible and can lead to massive losses and farm closures.

For Citizens: Tariffs act as a hidden consumption tax, embedded in the price of everyday items like food, clothing, and electronics. The increased costs of raw materials, even for “Made in the U.S.A.” products, are passed on to consumers, effectively reducing purchasing power and making it harder for families to put food on the table. Also many americans have been getting shocked by the import costs of purchasing items of little value online only to be told they must pay over $100 in import fees for something worth less than $50 tripling or quadrupling the cost of the item. This is insanity and only hurts our economy and South Texas.

Our Plan: Reclaiming Congressional Authority

The U.S. Constitution explicitly grants Congress the power “to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts, and excises”. For decades, this power has been incrementally delegated to the executive branch, leading to policy instability and economic harm.

We advocate for legislation that will:

Require Congressional Approval: Implement a requirement for the President to notify Congress within 48 hours of imposing any new tariffs and for Congress to explicitly approve them within 60 days.

Provide Economic Analysis: Mandate that the executive branch provide a detailed analysis of the impact of proposed tariffs on American businesses, consumers, and supply chains before they can take effect.

End Unchecked Power: Restore the system of checks and balances envisioned by the Founders, ensuring that a policy with nationwide economic impact is debated and approved by the legislative body most representative of the people.

Join the Fight for Free Trade and Lower Prices

We believe in a stable, low-tariff, rules-based global trading system that promotes economic growth and prosperity for all Americans. By restoring constitutional authority and eliminating burdensome tariffs, we can create a predictable environment for businesses to invest, hire, and thrive.

Explore our plan in detail and learn how you can get involved in advocating for sensible trade policy and lower costs for South Texas and beyond.

Empowering South Texas Small Businesses: A Plan to Reform the SBA.

Small businesses are the backbone of the South Texas economy, but they often struggle to access the capital needed to grow, hire, and innovate. Our plan is focused on modernizing and strengthening the Small Business Administration (SBA) to ensure local entrepreneurs have the financial tools necessary to succeed. By streamlining processes and raising limits, we can unlock the potential of our local business community.

Our Vision for a Better SBA

The current SBA framework, while vital, often presents bureaucratic hurdles and loan limits that are inadequate for the demands of a modern economy. We propose specific reforms to make the SBA a more effective partner for South Texas businesses:

Key Reforms

1. Increase Limits on Loans and Lines of Credit

The current limits often fail to meet the substantial capital needs for expansion, equipment purchase, or managing cash flow during growth phases. We plan to advocate for:

Higher Standard Loan Ceilings: Increasing the maximum amounts available through popular programs like the 7(a) and 504 loans to better reflect the true costs of business investment in today’s market.

Expanded Lines of Credit: Raising the caps on revolving lines of credit to provide small businesses with the flexible working capital they need to seize opportunities and weather economic fluctuations.

2. Make It Easier for Banks to Partner with the SBA

Many local and community banks are hesitant to offer SBA-backed loans due to complex paperwork, extensive regulatory requirements, and slow processing times. Our plan aims to:

Streamline Bureaucracy: Simplify the application, approval, and guarantee processes to reduce the administrative burden on lending institutions.

Incentivize Local Lending: Provide clear incentives and support to encourage more local financial institutions in South Texas to participate actively in SBA programs, expanding the network of available lenders.

Improve Technology: Invest in modernizing the SBA’s technology infrastructure to speed up loan approvals and reduce processing errors.

What This Means for South Texas

These reforms are designed to deliver tangible benefits directly to our region:

Faster Growth: Businesses will have the capital needed to expand operations and purchase new equipment, driving economic growth.

More Jobs: Access to credit is directly linked to a business’s ability to hire more employees.

Stronger Communities: When local businesses thrive, they invest back into our communities, creating a robust local economy.

Call to Action

We are committed to cutting the red tape and ensuring the SBA works efficiently for you. Explore our plan in detail and join us in advocating for a more accessible and effective SBA for every small business in South Texas.

The drug war has been a failure and we need new ideas. We must stop funding foreign countries who waste our money on corruption and fund law enforcement here with better technology to combat drug and human trafficking.

My Plan: Tech-Enabled Law Enforcement Funding Initiative

This initiative proposes a strategic, technology-driven approach to secure funding for and enhance the operational capabilities of local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies specifically targeting major criminal enterprises. By leveraging innovative financial tech (fintech) solutions and advanced data analytics, we can more effectively track illicit proceeds and reinvest those resources directly back into the departments on the front lines of this fight.

The Challenge:

Drug and human trafficking generate billions in illicit revenue annually, fueling violence and devastating communities. Law enforcement agencies often operate with limited budgets, struggling to keep pace with the sophisticated digital methods used by traffickers to move money and coordinate operations across borders.

Our Technological Solution:

The core of this plan relies on implementing cutting-edge digital tools to disrupt criminal financial networks:

AI-Powered Financial Tracing Software: Deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to analyze massive volumes of transactional data, identifying suspicious patterns indicative of money laundering operations used by trafficking organizations.

Cryptocurrency Analysis Tools: Utilizing specialized blockchain analysis software to track, trace, and eventually seize assets hidden within complex cryptocurrency transactions.

Predictive Policing Analytics: Implementing data-driven systems that identify high-risk trafficking corridors and hubs, optimizing resource allocation and proactive interception strategies.

Funding Mechanism & Impact:

The program is designed to be largely self-sustaining.

Direct Reinvestment: These recovered funds will then be used exclusively to acquire more advanced technology, provide specialized training for officers, hire dedicated cyber-forensics experts, and expand victim support services, creating a powerful feedback loop that strengthens law enforcement capacity without burdening taxpayers.

Goals:

Disrupt and Dismantle: Significantly disrupt the financial infrastructure of major trafficking organizations.

Empower Law Enforcement: Provide officers with the tools necessary to investigate complex, digitally sophisticated crimes.

Protect Communities: Reduce the prevalence of drug and human trafficking within our jurisdictions and increase resources for victims of these crimes.

Plan to End Government Shutdowns & Protect Our Economy

Government shutdowns are a failure of leadership that unfairly punish those who keep our country running. As your representative, I will fight to make government shutdowns illegal.

When Washington shuts down, the pain is felt right here in South Texas. Federal employees go without paychecks, uncertain if they can cover their rent or groceries. Small businesses that rely on government contracts or services face disrupted operations and lost revenue. This instability hurts families and stalls our local economy.

My plan proposes automatic continuing resolutions to ensure funding remains at current levels if a new budget isn’t passed on time. We must remove the option for politicians to hold our livelihoods hostage for political leverage. By ensuring a stable, functioning government, we protect the financial security of our workers and empower our small businesses to grow with confidence.

Let’s put an end to the chaos and prioritize the prosperity of our community. It’s time for a government that works for you, without interruption.

Why is America giving away GPS for free? 🛰️🇺🇸

Did you know that the United States taxpayers pay billions of dollars every year to maintain the GPS satellite network—and the rest of the world uses it for FREE?

From international shipping to global tech giants, the world runs on an American-made, American-funded service. While we pay the bill, other countries reap the rewards.

My Plan: It’s time to start charging foreign governments and international corporations a small licensing fee to use our GPS tech.

Where does that money go? 1. Paying down our National Debt. 2. Funding the American Sovereign Wealth Fund to pay for healthcare and childcare for our own citizens.

American innovation should benefit American taxpayers first. Let’s stop subsidizing the world and start investing in South Texas.
